Lettuce wraps are one of my go to meals for the week. It’s super easy to make, packed with clean ingredients, and absolutely delicious. If you’re looking to add more carbs to make it more filling, you can throw some rice into the wraps or serve it on the side. It’s a great way to stay satisfied and energized!
In this recipe, I typically use green onion, but feel free to swap in any type of onion you prefer. You can also add broccoli slaw or any other vegetables you like—it’s super customizable! This recipe is easy to adjust based on your tastes, so you can add what you enjoy and leave out what you don’t. If you prefer, you can also substitute coconut aminos with low-sodium soy sauce for a different flavor.
These lettuce wraps are also perfect for meal prepping for a busy week ahead. Serving size will vary depending on how much you use and the size of your lettuce.
