Welcome! My name is Aunika Bosch and I’m the founder of Functional Healing. I started this website to share my story and show how powerful whole body wellness can be. My goal is to help people feel better—both physically and emotionally—by using food as a tool for healing and building a positive relationship with themselves and their health.
